Bellow are conditions for the registration and enrollment fee payment:
- deadline for registration: 30.4.2025
- enrollment fee payment until: 15.5.2025
In addition, if the deadlines for the enrollment fee payment is not met, the organizer will proceed as follows:
- a) the dancer will not be accepted for the competition
- b) if the additional registration does not cause complications in the schedule - payment of the entry fee on the spot at check-in + a handling fee of 50 % of the enrolment fee
In conclusion, the organizer hereby determines the principle of payment of the entry fee:
The deadline for registration is 30.4.2025, after which the system will be closed and opened only by agreement for the needs of moving dancers in individual categories, deregistrations, applications..., no later than 10.5.2025. After this date, it will no longer be possible to make any changes and a pro forma invoice will be issued. The registration will be considered binding only after payment of the erolment fee, no later than 15.5.2025.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. have sent the billing address to which a pro forma invoice with the account number and VS will be issued. Then, no later than 15.5.2025, it is necessary to pay the enrolment fee.
In case the enrolment fee is not paid, the registration will not be accepted and the dancer will be removed from the starting list.
The original invoice for the payment of the enrolment fee to the account specified in a pro forma invoice will be received by the participants upon check-in in Jablonec nad Nisou.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations and full refunds of entry fees are possible only until Friday, 18.5.2025. All subsequent cancellations are possible, but the entry fees are not refunded in such a case. A voucher is issued, which a dance club/school can apply the next time they register with the same organizer. The recipient can redeem the voucher during the next two competition seasons.
