Check-in

It is necessary to have more time for check-in - it's bad if you all arrive for the last few minutes.

We would like to inform you that this year we will very strongly require check-in for the whole group - school. This is set out in the WADF rules and some schools in the past have caused huge collapse with single parents coming to check-in. This is not possible - it will not be accepted. Please take this information very responsibly.

At check-in, each school leader (person authorized by the leader) will receive a souvenir bag with information and starting numbers for the entire dance school. At the same time, you will receive unique coupon (1 for each dancer), which you can then exchange for identification bracelet tape for dancers at the cash point. This identification bracelet tape serve as championship tickets for the whole championship. If it is torn or removed from your hand, you have to pay for a new ticket!!! Please, tell that to the little kids.

You will also receive a sheet with an up-to-date overview of the entry fee and an invoice for the already paid proforma invoice. We have corresponded a lot in advance, so there should be no problem with this at check-in.

Also keep in mind that log outs (cancellations) of dance numbers are important to adjust the schedule and make the competition run smoothly. Therefore, you can send cancellations by e-mail before arrival, but the longest we accept cancellations is during physical check-in itself. Already paid entry fee is non-refundable. For the missing dancer, you will receive the option of picking up a free ticket. Also, please check your music recordings at check-in, or bring music on a flash disc in mp3 format with you, and you will be able to re-upload the music to the system directly at check-in. We remind you that in the WADF rules, it is the duty of every dancer to have a flash disc ready whenever he is called upon by the moderator or sound engineer. If you have not paid the amount of the entry fee correctly, you will be asked to pay the missing amount in cash at check-in.

 

Ticket office/cash point

The dancer's unique coupon, which you receive at check-in, will be exchanged at the ticket office for an identification bracelet tape directly on the dancer's arm. Each dancer will personally come to the ticket office with a ticket and a band will be stuck on his arm, which authorizes him to enter the hall. This identification bracelet tape serve as championship tickets for the whole championship.  According to WADF rules, the enrolment fee for titular competitions is determined as follows:

For all dancers
This rule comply with all enrollments regardless if it is a competition with organiser’s music or dancers own music. If it is a Solo dance enrollment or a member of a team enrollment.

First enrollment is 20 Euro.

Note: 10 Euro = CZK 260

 

Bellow are conditions for the registration and enrollment fee payment:
1. deadline for registration: 20.10.2023

2. final deadline: 25.10.2023

3. enrollment fee payment until the 10.11.2023

In addition, if the deadlines for the enrollment fee payment is not met, the organizer will proceed as follows:
a) the dancer will not be accepted for the competition
b) if the additional registration does not cause complications in the schedule - payment of the entry fee on the spot at check-in + a handling fee of 50% of the enrolment fee

In conclusion, the organizer hereby determines the principle of payment of the entry fee:

The deadline for registration is 20.10.2023, after which the system will be closed and opened only by agreement for the needs of moving dancers in individual categories, deregistrations, applications..., no later than 25.10.2023. After this date, it will no longer be possible to make any changes and a pro forma invoice will be issued. The registration will be considered binding only after payment of the erolment fee, no later than 10.11.2023.

After the registration - we would like to ask all coaches (or an independent dancer) to the e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. have sent the billing address to which a pro forma invoice with the account number and VS will be issued. Then, no later than 10.11.2023, it is necessary to pay the enrolment fee.
In case the enrolment fee is not paid, the registration will not be accepted and the dancer will be removed from the starting list.

The original invoice for the payment of the enrolment fee to the account specified in a pro forma invoice will be received by the participants upon check-in in Liberec.
