Dear coaches and dear dancers,
below, we will gradually specify the order of the disciplines on the given competition day.

The time schedule has already been ready for 7 days and according to the rules it will be published no later than 48 hours before the competition day.
All the necessary information at the given time is publicly available, so you can get ready to go to Liberec.
We ask the last schools that have not confirmed their participation despite reminders to do so. In the event that this does not happen by midnight on 20 November 2024, they will be removed from the list and the schedule will be recalculated.
All dancers must be prepared 2 hours before the planned competition demonstration in case of time difference. (This can occur when the competition round is canceled when dancers withdraw from the competition)
It is still too early to predict injuries and illnesses.

Explanation: The interest of the organizer is to end each day by 22:00 at the latest, and therefore tries to distribute the days evenly according to the current registration of participants.

LARGE TEAMS AND SHOWCASES in all disciplines remains on the weekend.

Please note that: ALL PLANS ARE ONLY PRELIMINARY!!!

The final form of the schedule will depend on the total number of participants in the given disciplines by the deadline. The competition is designed so that the competition days are balanced and it is comfortable for the dancers to compete, including changing clothes. The organizer will decide on the final competition days - in the case of a two-day plan - by 30 October 2023, and the disciplines will thus be divided into individual days.

The World Championship in Babylon is the only competition in the world where it is possible to dance in a thousand combinations of all dance techniques, from Caribbean, Latin American, street, artistic to break dance, belly dance, ballet...

This means that it is never possible to prepare a correct estimate of the distribution of disciplines for the given days, until the organizer has at least a rough estimate of the interest in the given disciplines. This explanation is for those who compare the incomparable.

Bellow are conditions for the registration and enrolment fee payment:
1. deadline for registration: 20.10.2023

2. final deadline: 25.10.2023

3. enrolment fee payment until the 10.11.2023

In addition, if the deadlines for the enrolment fee payment is not met, the organizer will proceed as follows:
a) the dancer will not be accepted for the competition
b) if the additional registration does not cause complications in the schedule - payment of the entry fee on the spot at check-in + a handling fee of 50% of the enrolment fee

In conclusion, the organizer hereby determines the principle of payment of the entry fee:

The deadline for registration is 20.10.2023, after which the system will be closed and opened only by agreement for the needs of moving dancers in individual categories, deregistrations, applications..., no later than 25.10.2023. After this date, it will no longer be possible to make any changes and a pro forma invoice will be issued. The registration will be considered binding only after payment of the erolment fee, no later than 10.11.2023.

After the registration - we would like to ask all coaches (or an independent dancer) to the e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. have sent the billing address to which a pro forma invoice with the account number and VS will be issued. Then, no later than 10.11.2023, it is necessary to pay the enrolment fee.
In case the enrolment fee is not paid, the registration will not be accepted and the dancer will be removed from the starting list.

The original invoice for the payment of the enrolment fee to the account specified in a pro forma invoice will be received by the participants upon check-in in Liberec.

Enrolment fee as per the rule of WADF:

For all dancers
This rule comply with all enrolments regardless if it is a competition with organiser’s music or dancers own music. If it is a Solo dance enrolment or a member of a team enrolment.

First enrolment is 20 Euro.

After the first enrolment 10 Euro is added to each enrolment up to a maximum of 80 Euro
1 enrolment 20 Euro
2 enrolments 30 Euro
3 enrolments 40 Euro
4 enrolments 50 Euro
5 enrolments 60 Euro
6 enrolments 70 Euro
7 enrolments 80 Euro
8 enrolments and more 80 Euro

The organizer of the World Dance Championship also supported (and not only) the schools in the organization of the championship in the last three years and took great economic risks. A possible loss was expected, but due to the very irresponsible attitude of some schools that signed up for the competition and had the opportunity to pay the entry fee on the spot, they apologized for the competition only on the day of the competition, and not only that. There were also schools that did not apologize at all. It was not known that the dancers would not perform or arrive until the time of the host's call.
Unfortunately, this benevolence of the organizer turned out to be fatal for him, because the economic losses were greatly deepened. If the dancers had apologized in time, large spaces for dressing rooms would not have had to be rented, a second hall would not have had to be rented, such a large crew would not have had to be invited... and the costs would have been greatly reduced. In addition, the dancers present would have an up-to-date schedule, because due to the absence of unexcused dancers, the schedule was moved up to an hour.

Due to these irresponsible actions, the organizer decided to take measures this year that will prevent risks and thus make the competition prestigious again for the participants and feasible for the organizers without major losses.
