REGISTRATION EXTENDED UNTIL 9.9.2024

Due to the holiday regime of dance schools, we comply with numerous requests to extend the registration limit.

 

At the same time, based on the request of some participants, we are opening new disciplines for the World Dance Teams Cup competition:

SOLO, DUO LA STYLES IMPROVIZATION (Rumba, Samba, Chacha, Jive, Paso Doble)

SOLO CONTE IMPROVISATION

SOLO JAZZ IMPROVISATION

SOLO POP DANCE / DISCO IMPROVISATION

SOLO STREET DANCE IMPROVISATION

All these disciplines will be to the music of the organizer.

If you are interested in other disciplines than those currently listed, do not hesitate to send us your request. We will do our best to accommodate you. There is still time for that.

 

Registrations for the WORLD DANCE TEAMS CUP in all styles 2024 are extended until 9.9.2024 via www.festis.dance.

In order to register for the competition of your choice, you must register here (registration is free): https://festis.dance/#/home.

It's simple, the system guides you. After creating an account on FestIs, click on the FESTIVALS REGISTRATION tab in the left column. After that, you will see the login banners for our competitions, where you just need to click on the button REGISTER FOR FESTIVAL.

For these competitions, it is not necessary to be a member of the WADF or any other world dance organization, and it is also not a condition of participation to have a license from any world dance organization, as these are cup competitions.

 

REGISTRATION RULES

Competition is running through a specific Festis Dance registration rules, so please check timeline of the registration process:

- 9.9.2024, Monday until 23:59 - official competition/festival registration deadline

- 12.9.2024, Thursday – publication of the preliminary start list

- 13.9.2024, Friday until 23:59 - the deadline for sending any corrections according to the preliminary start list and the deadline for sending cancellations

- 14.9.2024, Saturday – final day for payment of entry fees

- 15.9.2024, Sunday – publication of the final start list (a dance club/school that has not paid the entry fee is not included in the final starting list!)

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations and full refunds of entry fees are possible only until Friday, 13.9.2024. All subsequent cancellations are possible, but the entry fees are not refunded in such a case. A voucher is issued, which a dance club/school can apply the next time they register with the same organizer. The recipient can redeem the voucher during the next two competition seasons.

 

PAYMENT IN CZK:

For participants from the Czech Republic, payment in CZK is possible. However, the above mentioned deadlines must be respected! For a proforma invoice in CZK, please write to e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

In the request for issuing a proforma invoice in CZK, do not forget to add your invoicing data and the amount of the entry fee in EUR, which was generated for you by the FestIs login portal. The proforma invoice will be issued to you only on the basis of this written request. We remind you that if the entry fee is not paid on time (i.e. by 14.9.2024), the registrations will not be taken into account and the dancers will not be included in the final starting list.

The competition rate is: 1 EUR = 25 CZK.
